Profile Description

I have experience working as a Lead Generation Specialist in a BPO company for over a year. My role involved conducting research and extracting information to build clients' databases. I was later transferred to another account where I served as an E-mail Support Representative for an online shopping shop, handling customer complaints and product returns.

Additionally, I worked as a Customer Service Representative for a financial account, assisting clients with their inquiries and complaints related to debit and credit cards over the phone. Alongside these roles, I worked as a freelance content writer for various blog and social media sites.
After transitioning from an office-based to a home-based setup, I joined a San Diego-based company as a purchasing and pricing assistant, serving them for a duration of 18 months.

I have also worked part-time as a virtual assistant for offshore clients, including online shopping sites, homeschooling services, and real estate Upgrade to see actual info this capacity, I performed various tasks such as creating image and video content for social media accounts, managing websites, writing articles for blogs, scheduling appointments, conducting research, creating landing pages, and implementing email marketing strategies. Additionally, I handled email and digital filing using Google Drive.

From April 2021 onwards, I have served as the Operations Manager at Virtual Experts Philippines, a BPO company with over 200 agents/ employees. However, I am currently in the process of transitioning to a consultant role in order to have a more flexible schedule that enables me to undertake online tasks beyond the scope of the company.

I possess familiarity with several Project Management Platforms such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, and Coda. Moreover, I have experience using Airtable and Google Drive as database Upgrade to see actual info addition, I have explored and utilized Shopify, GoDaddy, Wix, WordPress, ClickFunnels, and Mailchimp.

Furthermore, I am proficient in various software and tools including Slack, Skype, Google Meetings, Zoom, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Canva, Photoshop, Powtoon, Mailchimp, Hubstaff, Timeproof, WhatsApp, Buffer, and Grammarly.
