Hi ! My name is Diana. You’re future virtual assistant. I've been in customer service particularly in retail shops for almost 6 years. I am experience in dealing and communicating with various types of client. I've encountered different types of customers, worried and angry type of customers from my previous jobs. I am confident to say that this experiences really helped and mold my character.. My dreams for my family is the one that motivates me to work and reach my goals. I am an expert in assisting customers,processing payments and inventory in the shops. Right now, I am a housewife and a mother but this never stopped me from learning new things. I've enrolled to various crash course online and I always watch videos online that will enhanced more of my capabilities. One of my favorite thing to do is to create template using Canva with a beautiful and catchy image or graphics and post them in social media when it's finished.And selling products online.
