I worked as a Chat/E-mail Support Representative-and it's Home-based based in the US. One of my main duties there is to take a live chat from the customer regarding their orders, inquiries about our products, asking for recommendations or suggestions, and placing the order for them through call or chat, we also e-mail the customers our vendors who deal with the issues related to the orders, we also do shipping process with FedEx, UPS, USPS, eBay, Amazon, etc. Tools we used are Trello, shipping easy, shipstation and slack.
I also worked as a Sales Representative before, where I interact with people through face-to-face interaction. I assist them and encourage them to buy our products that maybe they want or need. During my college days, I also worked as a part-time Data Encoder in the 2GO warehouse where I encode most of the products list.
I worked as Technical support for an IT BPO company, we assist our clients with their escalations with a particular device that they used with their store sites through specific tools such as ORACLE, SNOW, CMS(SIMS), and FIELD NATION we create tickets for them with these tools, we process parts needed to replace. We are the ones who dispatch a technician for them to go on-site to replace or troubleshoot devices needed to cater.
