In my seven years of total experience in customer service, highlighting in handling Telco Accounts such as T-mobile and At&t, I am confident to say that I have a great listening skills because for me listening is very critical in order for me to really understand the customer's concern, in that way it will be easier for me to empathize with them, give them tailored fit responses and lastly to provide strong assurance of help letting them know that they got the right person on line to help them out, by doing so we can rest assured that a strong connection is being built with them to gain that trust and confidence of the customers towards me.
Along with that skill, I strongly believe as well that I am also great in tools utilization making sure that all issues will be resolved in a timely manner because respecting customer's time is very important for me to leave that good impression.
I am very proud to share that by being consistent in demonstrating these behaviors, I was able to meet the client's expectations by passing my kpis resulting for me to get the promotion I am aiming for, being a coach in T-mobile and a Tier 3 sales agent in At&t.
I know the skills I have highlighted are just the basics and most of the candidates like me have said the same thing but I really believe in the saying that if you have mastered the basics or the fundamentals that is where greatness starts.
