*Screening generated Linkedin leads in Google Mail, and sending the connection request to qualified candidates. *Integrate the candidate's profile to Hubspot once the Linkedin connection has been accepted.*Sending follow-up emails, invite candidates for meeting appointments, and provide quotation packages on Hubspot and Linkedin.*Capturing candidates' details from LinkedIn to Google Sheets.                      

 Technical Support | Tier 2  
*Handling and resolving escalated concerns and complaints, through phone, emails, and chats for iOS/macOS Software technical issues to consumers in Australia, New Zealand, and other Asia Pacific countries.
*Taking ownership of ongoing issues and calling customers back for follow-up commitments. *Isolating, documenting troubleshooting steps performed, and gathering diagnostic data for the tickets to be escalated to software engineers in order to investigate and create software patches for bug fixing.*Setting up appointment schedules for onsite and store repair. 
*Mentoring new hires during their call certification and nesting period.
*Evaluating advisors using key metrics if the quality standard of the call interaction and policy has been met.
*Providing basic IT support to advisors via Chat for Forticlient VPN authentication and login credentials concerns.
*Responding to customers’ queries and issues via Email in relation to billing, purchases, and refund requests. And any related concerns to the iTunes account.
