Profile Description

I worked in the call center industry for 8 years. I started as a customer service representative and eventually became part of the training department as a communication coach. With these experiences I can say that I have gained mastery in the customer service field. I learned how important it is to provide not only service but the best of its quality for customer experience.
Having worked in an office environment also helped me learn the basics of Microsoft excel PowerPoint and Word. Data analysis is also something I was able to start learning.
I am very keen to detail. Being obsessive compulsive makes me look into the smallest details to make sure that tasks are done accurately and completely. I also easily learn new things and I can always work with minimum supervision.
I am also an experienced Virtual Assistant, doing email and calendar management. Research, data entry and excel are also my expertise.
