I have been in the Customer Service Business for almost 8 years – with extensive experience from different US-based companies providing customer care and technical support.  After leaving the BPO industry, I entered the Online Freelance Career.

I am not afraid to take up new challenges and learn to broaden my horizons. I always believe that learning is a continuous process. I regularly educate myself with the new trends about virtual assistants. I am keen on learning new software and processes to ensure I deliver quality support to my clients
