I have been in the Customer Service Business for almost 8 years – with extensive experience from different US-based companies providing customer care and technical support.  After leaving the BPO industry, I entered the Online Freelance Career.

I am fortunate to have the chance to enjoy work in the comfort of my own Upgrade to see actual info gives me the time and the opportunity to enjoy Upgrade to see actual info is very important for someone who works at home to be really responsible and self-reliant. You need to find ways to continuously learn and make sure you deliver because of the nature of the online jobs available. This is why I make sure I continue to develop my skills so I can perform well and become dependable.

Now I continue to leverage my extensive virtual experience in assisting businesses and individuals achieve their goals by means of delivering set projects and activities. I am not afraid to take up new challenges and learn to broaden my horizons. I always believe that learning is a continuous process.
