As a customer service representative, I have a variety of responsibilities. I use Gorgias to manage customer email inquiries, provide information on order statuses, assist with product-related queries, and ensure customer satisfaction. By the way, the store I work with primarily deals in apparel.

Additionally, I take care of escalations for the store. This involves processing refunds, organizing replacements, issuing store credits, modifying orders, and updating shipping addresses while meticulously maintaining records in Google Upgrade to see actual info's crucial to me that I adhere to the store's policies and provide excellent service to our customers.
