We have our different walks of life and a lot of times, it's outside of our expectations of where we got to be. That goes the same for me. Never have I expected that I'd keep my work at the tip of my fingers while staying at home. And it was pure bliss and comfort.
It all started in 2020. Fortunately, I got hired by OFP Outsourcing which provided back-office services for Amazon store owners who are struggling to focus on their business and do all the administration tasks Upgrade to see actual info spite of my being a newbie, I didn't find it as an excuse to deliver quality outputs and satisfied my role to the best of my abilities.
In the past years that I've worked with them, as OFP is an agency, I've worked with a handful of clients who had given me the chance to work with them and handled their business. Thus I've learned to do:
- Product research. This is when I realized that this is important of all the very first steps in managing an Amazon store to find a surefire-winning product.
- Product sourcing. I also discovered how to be friendly and at the same time keep our business presence for us to get the best value for the product when negotiating with suppliers in China for bulk orders.
- Customer Upgrade to see actual infodeed, making sure that our customers' concerns are addressed in the most real-time we can.
- Inventory and shipping planning. Keeping tabs on our inventory is one of the things I regularly do to make sure that we're not going to run out of stock against our sales per day.
- Sponsored ads or PPC management. This role will never go out of my list as this has helped me become more analytical and organized, for me not to compromise my client's budget in launching those campaigns.
