Profile Description

I started working with BPO's (on-site) since 2003 doing a little of sales, appointment setting, lead generation, cold calling, phone customer service, chat and email support, back office works, research, Admin works, data entry and live CCTV monitoring.
I did B2B and B2C calls through the markets of the US, Canada and the UK. I also have a travel account experience, mainly doing customer service via inbound, outbound, chat and email support. 
I started my permanent work from home career last year as an appointment setter for a real estate account in the US. 
Though inexperience yet with other niches, I am currently taking online courses and watching video tutorials to equip myself with up-to-date information and skills for my job hunting. 
I understand most companies prefer applicants with experience, but nothing is impossible for a dedicated and a hard working person. 
I am interested to try VA works, Social Media Management and Marketing, E-Commerce Customer Support, Email Management and Marketing,  
I am willing to offer free service for a couple of weeks or even a month, depending on the tasks to be learned or completed. Given the chance, I am trainable, coachable, and is a work in progress. I am passionate with what I do, I uphold good work ethics and I refuse to stop learning and improving. 
Someday I can be great, and that will start with the chance that you can give me.
