I as a Sales Representative am who initialize and manage relationships with Upgrade to see actual inforves as their point of contact and leads from initial outreach through making the final purchase by them or someone in their household.
I help customers with complaints and questions, give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand the product and answering questions about their reservations, they are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.I also do product research as well as marketing.
