Profile Description

I have over 6 years of combined experience in technical support, customer support, and help desk support. I started working for an ISP account, handling phone, internet, and TV. My main task was to assist every customer regarding their services, making sure that we resolved their concern or had it escalated to the right department or Upgrade to see actual infoom there on, I gained experience in handling sales and billing for an Australian ISP account. I learned how to discern details to provide the information they needed. During my work experience, I also handled a virtual classroom application that people from the US and Australia use, and my main role was to assist them in making sure that the program worked and that they could access their classes without any problems. I also handled a service desk position, where we made sure to attend to any email tickets, calls, and chats from different companies. I also dUpgrade to see actual info to try a different line of business away from business processing outsourcing and tried being a sales agent for a local internet service provider here in the Philippines. I made sure to find customers to apply for our service, but more than that, we looked for brokers that handle different condo units to apply for our service. Aside from signing them up for our services, we also provide after-call sales in case they experience concerns or if they have questions about their service, so all in all, we act as a sales agent, customer service, and even technician, as we sometimes go to their unit and try to fix the issue ourselves to save them time. That is our promise that if they apply to us, they can always contact us and ask for assistance.
Aside from working as a customer service representative, I also enjoyed writing fictional stories online, which eventually became my source of income. I started writing in my native language, which is Filipino, then wrote in English.
I am also open to trying new things, such as being a virtual assistant. I may not have the said experience, but because of my experience and training, I think it would help me to be keen on details and to make sure that all work can be done efficiently and in a timely manner.
