Profile Description
Provide full project management support from project initiation to timely delivery of implementation to data centers.
• Coordinate projects, system upgrades and maintenance within data server infrastructures to relevant IT groups and
stakeholders.
• Handle project communications and deliverables across relevant groups and stakeholders.
• Facilitate/arrange meetings with highly IT professionals, relevant groups, and stakeholders.
• Act as point-of-contact for IT Service Delivery Team.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) within Global IT Group.
• Analyze existing organizational processes and aim for improvement.
• Collaborate within Service Delivery Team and other relevant channel for process improvement implementation.
• Manage and update Jira board, sprints, and backlogs.
