As per my experience from my last job, this is as easy as a pie managing CRM was my daily task as the Admin Manager based in Manila. Reporting to a Solar Company based in California, updating their sales and clients daily using Hubspot and Zendesk.

Hence my job is to customize and add categories to appointment setting for a Solar company to sign off for a demo and able to convert to a sale by our License Advisor, city engineer, and Accountant based in California. I was also tasked to manage by importing new leads and potential leads that were farmed by our marketing and to our Sales agents to book them an appointment for the demo.

Had some other projects from my last job in another field of business as DME (durable medical equipment), debt settlement, loans, refinancing, and home improvements

My last 3 jobs were part of a customer service experience being in the most entry-level point job I have discovered my real potential the care for customers, my needs for them, and the step of thinking about them at first before somebody else. I had experience as a call center customer service representative starting from taking inbound calls for a tollway company based in Australia.

Next is taking inbound and outbound emails for a grocery delivery based in USA and Canada while the company was expanding I was the one being promoted to do the project expansion to have the first outbound and inbound chats and calls for the campaign and I was been in the top Agent before then from email, then the ongoing project for calls and chats I have been in the top agents for almost 8 months in running.

Lastly, my last customer service role was from a printing company that is based in Malaysia however they had a branch here in the Philippines as we called Photobook Worldwide we cater to customers all over the world so I was tasked like in my previous job however it would add up so many customers that I talk and chat to people around the world and mainly also the branch in my home country we accept also walked in customers to assist them in printing their memories for their friends and family.

As of today I do stock market and do investment in a cryptocurrency, I wanna seek still my self in career growth which is why I wanna apply again for a job and learn more that I can apply to myself and share with others.

In my past job as an Admin Manager, I tend to fix the attendance of the President's calendar, CEO's calendar, and US Accountant's calendar so that we can have an organized meeting time slot meeting once a week with all the ROI meeting and with the sales meeting during the pandemic as I am in Philippines ( satellite office) while they have their headquarters in California USA. I love to make organized and spit spot of what I am tasked to do daily tasks so I keep track of time with my Apple watch and my google calendar as always. I did a data entry in an agency before here in Upwork where I organize data and also fix capitalizations and with also almost data science techniques graphs to pull out data and feasibility tests.
