Profile Description

As a Financial Specialist —
I am a Financial Specialist assigned under Payments. We checked the vendors being captured in the SAP Payment Proposal, whether it should be paid or not due to some payment hindrances.
As a Support Staff —
Also, I was a former support staff of the Board of Trustees who formulate policies and oversees in the institution.
As an Admin Assistant —
Also, I used to work as an Administrative Assistant assigned to collate and file data of the educational institutions transactions, both monetary and non-monetary.
As an Head-Accounting Assistant —
Also, I am tasked to be the Head-Accounting Assistant which prepares the Disbursement Voucher and bookkeep all of the institution’s transactions. I, too, am doing the Bank Reconciliations and all accounting journals.
