Profile Description

I have been employed by one of the largest banks in the Philippines. I was a real estate property appraiser for Land Bank of the Philippines for seven years. Prior to that, I was working as a credit information analyst for the same company doing research, investigative job as well as administrative tasks for eight years. I also worked as a loan and credit processor for a few years. Because of these, I was able to instill and maintain a delivery of high-standard service, which helps me identify my own needs for improvement.
I also did create and maintained a page on Facebook and Instagram and am knowledgeable in basic tools such as Canva and Capcut. I also answer clients' inquiries and create daily posts for product promotion. I have grown the page from scratch to a hundred followers.
My expertise in real estate valuation doing analytical and administrative tasks boosts my confidence that I would be effective for any future job offers. I'm well versed in real estate kinds of stuff and am good at corresponding with clients that I may be required to speak with on behalf of the company. I also have basic knowledge in performing web research and managing emails.
