Profile Description

I have 7 years of experience in Customer Service and Technical Support and 2 years as a Virtual Assistant assisting all US and Asia Pacific customers for Pitney Bowes, Apple iMac and iOS devices, Optus Insurance, Australian Super Finder, Uplevel Solution, Petlet AU, and SATX Technologies with technical issues, payment issues, and managing payment information. I was trained in three large BPO companies in Quezon City, Ortigas City, and BGC, Philippines. I was also the top performer in all the companies I've been with.
Right now, I'm doing Technical Support for a company via Onlinejobs.ph and have been doing so for 7 months now. I work with them through Cayzu and their own internal platform. I handle payment information, refunds and all kinds of support issues for all their customers.
I can provide e-mail, ticket, and chat support, phone support and will do everything I can to give your customers a really good support experience.
I can work in all time zones.
