I've worked with different companies that helped me develop my skills. I've handled different roles that require being a fast learner, competitive, and goal-oriented.
I've worked with Cybernet Slash Support (Upgrade to see actual info) as a customer service representative specializing in a phone, chat, and email support. I've assisted customers with their inquiries and technical issues related to devices.
After being in customer service, I've worked with Afni Philippines as order support handling after-sales claims, order handling inquiries, and billing. This tested my skills in navigation, and understanding bill breakdowns, and sales.
I also worked with Demand Science (Upgrade to see actual info) as a telemarketing specialist funneling qualified leads in a B2B industry. Attention to detail is very important in this role making sure you're giving the quality of leads to clients' expectations.
I am now working as a property management VA handling different properties from vacation rentals and storage facilities. I'm handling some financial tasks in Quickbooks, and Google Sheets tracker. I also do some newsletter email designs for vacation rental, email and phone handling to all properties.
I have some skills with different tools such as Quickbooks, Easy Storage Solutions, Prospecting, Front, Slack, and Trello.
