of the skills I possess includes providing technical support for computers,
networks, printers, and mobile devices; installing and configuring computer
hardware and software; monitoring and maintaining computer systems and
networks; setting up accounts for new users; repairing and replacing equipment;
and installing and configuring CCTV cameras and structured cable systems. I
also have experience with antivirus updates and virus removal, and providing
local and remote support to end users.
