Review tickets on NOC board (Complete tickets that is assigned).
Using Deltek vision for Timesheets entry that is submitted at the end of the week.
Acting as the first point of contact for all IT and technical queries through different channels (phones, web and chat)
Responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software and end users problems on different platforms such as laptop, desktop, thin client and Cloud Desktop (Virtual Machine)
Troubleshoot and configure corporate applications (MS Office Suite, installed software and web applications) using remote tools such as MSRA, Skype and Remote Desktop Connection
Troubleshoot remote access issues (Cisco AnyConnect VPN, Remote Office Web Portal and VMware Horizon Client)
Manage Cloud/Virtual Desktop server using vSphere or WebSphere client
Responsible for mapping local/network printer and network drives
Responsible for password reset (Active Directory, Avaya/Cisco Deskphone and other applications)
Troubleshoot and configure end users telephony profile on Cisco/Avaya deskphone and softphone (extension, voicemail, call forwarding and call restrictions)
Manage mobility server using Wireless Management Console to activate corporate mobile applications for end users
Troubleshoot corporate mobile wireless applications on iOS and android phones
Use ServiceNow Management Tool for ticketing and documentation tool
Manage high-severity iUpgrade to see actual info and escalate the issue to higher support team
