In my seven-year career as a marketing assistant in one of the busiest and most challenging workplace in the banking industry, I have gained and developed some of these skills, which helped me stay on the job this long: interpersonal skills, work efficiency and accuracy, and a lot of patience. Technical skills come in second, as these skills are easily learned. These include Microsoft applications proficiency, data encoding, file organizing and report writing .
