I have more than 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, I started last 2019 on a project-based account in Upwork which just took me 1 yr and 1 month of work and it is not related to Insurance, it is a migration company where I assess applicant if they are eligible to migrate, and the tools, I used are Zoho, Microsoft tools, and
And I also have another VA position project-based job that is related to insurance, it is also for 6 months only. The tool I use is EZlynx, just for the initial quoting in personal lines mostly home in Texas.
And my latest work experience is that I have 1 year and 7 months in a VA position as well in personal and commercial lines I worked in Zinc Insurance and, my main task is Servicing where I did policy changes/processing endorsement, initial quoting, and remarketing only in personal lines and sending out document requests such us COIs, ID Cards, Vehicle COI, Declaration pages, and more.
The tools I usually use are PL Rater, Salesforce, and EZlynx.
