Induction of new hires while making sure that I foster a positive attitude toward company goals.HR ADMIN:1. Update 201 employee files while maintaining the confidentiality of all documents.2. Administer a performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization.3. Prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind separations.4. Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.5. Creates and updates HR letters, certifications, and document formats.6. Create a handover document for exiting employees to ensure a smooth turnover.
