Profile Description

I have over 15 years of experience in the BPO industry. I used to work with various accounts such as telemarketing, sales, technical support, data entry, customer service, appointment setting and lead generation. My long-term experience in the service industry has taught me how to meet and exceed each customer's expectations with service that sells. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings.
I have extensive experience in all aspects of lead generation. I have worked with a wide variety of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. I have also worked with a number of different industries, including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, food and beverage, software and technology, education, insurance, and financial services.
My experience has taught me how to work with clients to develop effective lead generation campaigns. I know how to identify the best methods for generating leads for each client’s business model. I also know how to develop strategies that will help clients achieve their goals while staying within their budget.
I have truly gained a lot of precious experience and useful working skills in this industry that I could utilize fully in any position that matches my skills.
