I have been working as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for over 3 years of experience, my 1st Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company way back in 2018, 6 months as an Appointment Setter and 1 year for Cold Calling leads for Auto Insurance. I have also handled E-commerce based in the Us and Canada.
As a CSR before, I was trained in CRM tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, Softphone, and Avaya. I have learned and encountered various people together with different queries and issues and listened to how to solve there each in every problem immediately, making sure everything is sorted out. And that is what I want, is to see myself being a problem solver, solution, effective in the company that I'm working with.
I have great English communication skills. I am an organized, resourceful, very patient person, and always passionate about giving a service that is beyond expectations.
