I am looking for a virtual assistant position. I worked in a BPO company for 10 years which means that I have a vast experience in customer service. My English communication skills is great both verbal and written. My leadership skills is also strong because I was a team leader for a little over two years from my last job. Before that, I was part of the escalations team - both supervisory and managerial, hence I am independent, and don't need close supervision.
I pay high attention to details. I always make sure that the work I put out exceeds expectations, so I always review my work 2-3 times before submitting it. On top of that, I am organized and want things to be neat and tidy.
I am proficient in computer features, apps and software. I use computer everyday for work, documentation, social media, editing, recording, playing games, upload, download, and a lot more. If there are apps and software that I am not familiar with, I can be taught quickly and easily.
With my experience in customer service, it has been a norm to interact and work with different kinds of people. Even if I am outspoken, I still make sure to stay professional and avoid any kind of conflict with the people I work with because I am open to other opinions and suggestions. I show the same level of respect to everyone around me.

When I'm not busy, I still use Audacity to record my singing and create a music video for it.
