I worked as an Administrative Assistant for more than a year and a Customer Service Representative for almost 2 years. As an Administrative assistant, I am managing and distributing information to our office - I am answering phone calls, taking memos and checking our files and as a customer service representative, we are helping our customer to solve their problem regarding internet connection and we're also answering inquiries about our products and bills. Sometimes my supervisor assigns me as an officer-in-charge.

Checking the queue of incoming calls
Checking every agent's calls
Taking supervisory calls if there's no available supervisor
Answering my co-agents questions about their customer's concerns
