Profile Description

Customer Service - I have been working in the BPO industry for more than 7 years. One of the many hats I've worn over the years is being a Customer Support representative, providing assistance to customers from simple inquiries to more complex problems.
Technical Support - Majority of the role I played over the course of my career was being a Technical Support agent. we assist customers with their technical issues from troubleshooting, creating escalations ticket and providing resolution to technical issues.
English language Proficiency - I have had experienced communicating both oral (voice accounts) and written (email support) english as the companies I have worked for cater to American Accounts.
I have supported Property Management company users in using and troubleshooting Propertyware. I am also familair with the Buildium software.
