Profile Description

Property Management - As a Property Manager, I am knowledgeable in almost all aspects of property management. From listing properties, and screening applicants, to sending lease agreements and renewals, processing move-outs, and coordinating unit turnovers. A bulk of my responsibility was to communicate with tenants regarding their monthly obligations. Process service requests from different channels such as calls, chats, and emails. I work directly with contractors and assess which one is best fit to perform the work. I am also familiar with rent collection and case filing/eviction process in the state of Maryland. I was also tasked with ensuring that properties are compliant with the state's requirements for rental property, such as securing lead inspections, and rental license registrations.


Customer Service - I have worked in the BPO industry for over 7 years. One of the many hats I've worn over the years is being a Customer Support representative, assisting customers with simple inquiries to more
 complex problems.

Technical Support - Most of the role I played prior to Property Management, throughout my career was being a Technical Support agent. We assist customers with their technical issues from troubleshooting, creating escalation tickets, and resolving technical issues.

*English language Proficiency - I have had experience communicating both oral (voice accounts) and written (email support) English as the companies I have worked for cater to American Accounts. I have supported Property Management company users in using and troubleshooting Propertyware. I have also worked with the Buildium software.
