To provide you a background of my previous experiences, I started out as a Phone-based Technical and Customer Service Support Representative for Palm Treo and Windows Mobile (US-based) from year 2005-2008.
I've then worked as an Online English Teacher for a year with English Inmind and at the same time, writing web-content articles and business plans as my part time job.
By year 2009, I co-founded a company called Innermax Support and the same time, the Chief Operating Officer.
By 2012, I’ve worked as an Virtual Account Manager for a hanger manufacturing company in New Jersey.
At the same time a Project Manager on a Web Development and Internet Marketing company based in California handling corporate accounts which most projects are Web Development, Graphics and Internet Marketing.
Furthermore, I've also operated several white-labeled companies both holding a position of Operations Manager. I've also worked as the Project Manager for several SEO firms.
My role and responsibilities involve Planning, Budgeting, Executing, Recruiting, Coordinating, Monitoring and Controlling.
Most of these are Phone Support, Internet Marketing, IT and Web Development companies.
I have also worked, trained and managed several freelance projects like Customer Service, Telemarketing, Amazon Webstore Management, Lead Generation, HTML, CSS, Wordpress, Shopify, Graphic and Print Design, Photo Editing, Email Marketing, SEO, SMM, Affiliate Marketing, CPA Marketing and simple task like Audio Transcription, Web Research, Data Mining and Data Migration.
I’m very familiar with CRM tools like Siebel, Infusionsoft, Salesforce and couple of custom-made CRM.
I also have an advanced knowledge of Google Docs and MS Office especially with MS Excel for timesheet, financial and other reports.
I’ve also used several Project Management tool like Basecamp, TeamWork PM, Trello, Asana, Podio and many more.
In addition, I have received several certificates both for quality customer service as well as several Project Management trainings.
I've also been organizing and training for free skill-training of Wordpress, SEO and SMM as a non-profit extra mile for unemployed and out-of-school youth.
I have signed two contracts for 400 people within two years with the Philippine Government(TESDA) for providing a two-week training for Phone Support.
I have been given a certificate of appreciation for being the Resource Speaker and as a representative of ICT BPO-ITC for our local government.
I'm also one of the signees for BPO voluntary codes under Region 10, Department of Labor and Employment(DOLE).
I’m also the founder of a non-profit organization called A.D.R.O.I.T. for Alliance of Dedicated and Resourceful Outsourced Iligan Team.
An official organization for all online workers in Iligan City, Philippines.
I'm also a board member of an IT chamber called ILITE which is the 5th chamber of Iligan City.
Throughout these years of handling multiple projects, I gained more and more ideas and skills making this long years of experience - priceless.
