I am skilled in customer service. I have worked in the industry of call center or bpo since 2019. I have been assigned to multiple accounts such as telecommunications, medical and dental insurance, sales and flight insurance. I am an experienced sales associate at a micro-retail fmcg store, maintained efficient records of stock inventory levels ensuring sufficient weekly product Upgrade to see actual inforved an average of 70 customers per day answering inquiries, implementing strategic upsell, and managing payments.
I have also spearheaded the planning and execution of an organisation-wide event that generated 500 attendees. Where in it resulted 20% higher than the previous year. I took a training for virtual assistant to be familiarize in the niche of social media management, shopify, canva, graphic designs, copy writing and wordpress.
