I’m very excited to apply for a job that would allow me to build upon the experiences I’ve gained from my past employment. I've worked at Expert Global Solutions, an outsourcing company in Pampanga for 2 years. I was also an Admin Assistant at Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company or PLDT which is one of the most prestigious telecommunication company here in the Philippines. I am also been a Virtual Assistant at a Digital Marketing Company for 2 years.
I had greatly enjoyed being a part of the creative cultures at these companies and I am very excited about the prospect of taking on that experiences to my next job, as I have a strong passion for helping others achieve their goals.
I believe that my work experience, curiosity, and cheery personality would make me a strong candidate for any challenging position. At Expert Global Solutions, I was able to handle two TECHNICAL ACCOUNTS which are T-Mobile and United Parcel Service or UPS as a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative. And working at such big companies, my eyes were opened to the powerful relationships that brands can foster with our customers. What energized me most in that role was working to understand tensions between PEOPLE and the TECHNOLOGY in which they use to run their respective businesses; and I am always fascinated to discover how brands are able to resolve such tensions.
At T-MOBILE, I acquired a deep toolbox filled with qualitative and quantitative mobile phone solutions and customer service techniques to take on tough customer situations and issues and would be excited to utilize those knowledge to assist you with complex issues of your own.
At UPS, I learned just how powerful critical problem solving, analysis and technical troubleshooting can be in finding ways to assist our customers in using our products.
