IT Graduate that have basic knowledge in a lot of computer-related stuffs, not an expert for all but easy to familiarize with a specific tool if needed. Currently an employed staff as a Product Support analyst that provides help for the customer. Help consists of giving resolution to their problem -- of using our product. Our daily routine might consists of talking to the customer via Zoom Call or via Web, running tests of the application, etc.
Besides work related stuffs I can also do art related stuffs like using Canva and other Art tool.
