- Interacting with the CPOs and management to achieve NPS and FCR goals.
- Ensuring all customer queries(ESMS) and complaints get resolved in the least specified time frame for both UAE and
Bahrain Citibank.
-Calling prospects and convincing them to listen to sales presentations
of a certain product.
- Preparing and reviewing daily service MIS with CITIphone in both UAE and Bahrain.
- Managing MIFT (Manually Initiated Funds Transfer) call back function for Commercial and consumer business.
- Managing Citibank online Funds Transfer requests thru callback verification.
- Coordinate with other departments and branches to close the service requests about CITIphone
- Assist Citiphone officer agents with queries and handling customer escalations.
- Handling bookings and reservations for Marhaba meet and greet and Private Chauffer services for CITIgold customers.
- Enrolling and encoding Supplementary credit cards requested thru the call center.
