I have a bachelor's degree in Accounting Technology and have been working as Mall Admin/Lease Assistant for almost four years for one of the leading chains of malls in the Philippines. Prior, I was a bookkeeper in a local accounting firm for more than two years and was a part-time Accounting teacher in a local high school for a year. I have also worked as a Technical Support Representative for Dell XPS and taught ESL to Japanese students. During my last year in college, I was the Associate Editor for the school publication/writer's club.
I have acquainted myself with a mixture of skills and experiences beneficial to the jobs I have had throughout my education, internship, and employment. My specializations include administration, lease documentation, customer/client support, negotiation, bookkeeping (including but not limited to: tax accounting, preparation of tax returns, and financial reports). I do email management every day and have experience in customer service, which involves responding to inquiries, concerns, and requests via phone or email and basic troubleshooting of computers. I have also written some feature articles for our college publication, where I was associate editor.
