As a
bookkeeper, my passion is to:

*Help businesses by providing accurate recording of financial transactions
*Offer back-end support to businesses that already have books set up; and
review as needed
*QuickBooks Online/Desktop, Xero
*Catch-up bookkeeping and cleanup projects for businesses that are behind on
bookkeeping.

Below is a list of services I can offer:
 
>Data Entry and clearing of payroll transactions, paper
deposits, credit card deposits, invoices, coin orders and electronic withdrawal
transactions
>Bank, Payroll and Credit Card Reconciliations
>Recording of Journal Entries in QuickBooks Desktop

>Compile reports and make master source documents
>Input Profit and Loss amounts in Lacerte Tax
>Assist with the maintenance and organization of financial records for the
clients
>Assist in generating basic financial reports, such as income statements and
balance sheets
>Categorize and reconcile transactions in Quickbooks Online
>Entered Cash Receipts, Payment Journal and General Journal entries
>Recording of recurring transactions
>Reclass transaction
>Prepare financial packages for the communities
>Entering budgets to Vantaca
>Recording of all transactions (bills, invoices, withdrawals and deposits) in
QuickBooks Online/Xero
