Profile Description

I am a computer degree holder and an experienced Virtual Assistant. For 7 years, I have worked in the e-commerce industry. I have a good background in online marketing including product listing on Amazon and eBay and other web stores. Part of the task is to ensure that our products are on the top search and so I am familiar with basic SEO (title optimization and on-page linking). I also ensure we have competitive prices in the market by analyzing competitor strategies without compromising the number of stocks and profit. I also have remarkable experience in using Shopify. I have experience using Clickfunnels and I am knowledgeable in email integration (Amazon SES and Sendgrid) as well as in payment gateways (Paypal, Braintree, and Stripe). I am proficient in using various software like Magento and Neto, as well as other applications like the Microsoft Office package. I can create a presentation in Powerpoint and a report in Excel. I have done several data entries and have experienced performing lead generation. I am capable of searching for emails and other vital information on Linkedin and Google. Google applications like Gdocs and Gsheet are no strange to me. Writing is also my passion. I have written quite a few articles, e-books, and product descriptions. That skill opened the door for me to do email support using Zendesk. I have a heart for customer service and would love to engage in emails or any social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, or Youtube. There are still a lot of things I would like to explore. As such, I welcome any job opportunity or training where I can express the fullest of my potential and grow at the same time.
