Profile Description

I am keen on details and organized.
As a Human Resources Supervisor, my tasks are screening and interviewing applicants,
supervising Filipino admins and 300+ freelance employees, handling a project for 10 selected freelancers, calculating the income of project employees, facilitating meetings with PH admins and employees, and reporting deliverables to the
Head Office.
During recruitment, I screen applicants based on the client's preferences, send screening results to applicants, interview, and endorse applicants to the Traning Department.
I use Google Sheets and Google Drive at work for deliverables, we use Slack and Upgrade to see actual info as our means of communication.
