Thank you for checking out my profile, here is a quick overview of my skills and talents. I am a reliable, self-motivated, and hard-working person. I have gathered work experience providing efficient, high-quality service, and making sure to meet customer/client satisfaction.
I have worked in a market research industry as a Project Manager and there I gained a lot of skills in Project management, client communication, email management, problem-solving, and time management. Prior to that, I also worked in a call center industry as a Customer Service Representative which taught me more about customer support management.
I have also attended Virtual Assistant courses where I have learned a lot, especially in the Social Media management field.
My goal has always been to exceed the expectations of my employer and as well as my customer. I am always willing to learn, a team player, and always willing to go on the extra mile to achieve the mission and vision of the company.
