Profile Description

* Responsible in answering provider’s inquiries about the member insurance policy.
* Assisting providers regarding patient’s benefits, eligibility and claims.
* Responsible in checking the status of an authorization and creating case for medical procedures that need to be authorized.
* Communicate with the tax collector and check County’s website to gather tax information on delinquent real property tax account, assessments or liens against the property, in behalf of American Mortgage Companies.
* Responsible for the quality control of each completed work to ensure errors were corrected before handling them to the client to maintain the required quality assurance average.
* Responsible for producing quantitative and qualitative batches of documents including the accuracy of keyed information based from the given documents.
* Analysis of documents and carrying out instruction according to job specification and standards.
* Checking of coded documents for possible errors; editing of checked jobs after document analysis and data conversion.
* I can speak and write Spanish
