- Handles the prompt sourcing and placement of vacant positions, analysis and evaluation of applicant's credentials to ensure right fit before hiring.
- Administers onboarding process for new hire which includes sending a job offer letter, updating documentation, and new employee orientation.
B. Timekeeping:
- Ensures accuracy and on time processing of all Daily Time Records of non-confidential and confidential employees by verifying generated DTR in HRIS.
- Address concerns of Employees regarding their HRIS (Peoplecore) discrepancies.
C. Compensation and Benefits:
- Updates and safe keeps 201 files of employees.
- Monitors regularization of Probationary and Project Based employees.
- Handles the prompt processing of employee's benefits, and movements.
D. Employee Relations
- Prepares Tardiness Report
- Process the on-time employee movements and discipline such as regularization, transfer, end of contract, resignation, suspension, and termination due to just cause.
E. Training
- Administers the defining of Competency Profile across the organization, design gaps analysis methodology, periodic training needs assessment and analysis, mapping of training modules and curriculum, and analysis of effectiveness of training programs.
F. General Administrative Functions
- Prepares administrative memorandum, policies, and guidelines.
- Handles HR events, and programs.
