Profile Description

I have experience working in Shopify and Lightspeed eCom stores as technical support and merchant advisor, we manage the admin side of merchant eCom stores and help them with their needs when it comes to setting up their store and if they experience some technical issues. Also guiding merchants in running their ads, and setting up their other sales channels like Facebook Instagram, Amazon, and eBay.

I am experienced when it comes to eCommerce stores concerns and eCom fulfillment process. Also, I am familiar with most eCom third-party apps that are most needed by the merchants, like the dropshipping apps, email marketing apps, and other Shipping applications. 

I am also experienced when it comes to customer service and billing assistance, I've been a customer relations officer in an AU telco company for almost 3 years, so I'm exposed to dealing with different kinds of customers and providing the best customer experience.
