Profile Description

I have been in the BPO industry since 2006, started as an agent and soar my career and was a supervisor in 2 years after being hired. I also was once part of the Recruitment team and helped out Training and Recruitment(was a borrowed recruiter and trainer during ramp). I was with my previous company IQOR for 9 years.
On my second employment I was hired as an External Supervisor and have been with them (CNX). I handled Financial, Catalog/Order Entry & Customer Service accounts on both BPO companies. We handled order taking and concern about orders. On the financial account, we handled issues on credit cards and other matters on customers bills and charges. I am well versed with MSOutlook, CMS, Teams, Zoom, Excel, Word, PPT, CMX, Genesys, & SharePoint. We mostly do Data analysis, Performance Monitoring, Quality Evaluation, Coaching.

Mentoring, Data Mining, Client Call, Live Call Listening and Readouts on Team Performance. I finished BSIM (Information Management), I am fluent in English and is keen with work ethics and punctuality. I am a team player and accepts positive criticism(of course always there is a room for improvement).

I also have an experience on the Medical Billing world and have been enjoying it as well.  I have 5 years experience in medical billing under different specialties froUpgrade to see actual infontal health, dermatology, home health care, physical therapy and pain management. My experience has honed my skills to be very good at what I do. 

In terms of stability of ISP connection, we have a fiber connection with a speed ranging to 80 mbps above. A back up dongle also is always ready in the event of ISP outage. I also have a desktop and a gaming laptop for assurance of back up.
