Customer Service Representative for 8 years. Being in the front line as a bank teller for 6 months, almost 7 years in a coffee shop, almost a year in Real Estate customer service and a side line as an online seller. The skills I have acquired thru these experiences were good communication, critical thinking and problem-solving and can perform several assigned tasks in one go, handling customer engagment, queries and complaints. My previous and current job has been familiarized in basic office software skills in using tools such as Microsoft teams, word, spreadsheets excel, outlook and power point. I also got my trainings with certificates in familiarizing Social Media Manager role such as basic photo editing thru Canva, creating & scheduling contents thru Hootsuite, social media posting thru Meta Business or Calendly. I am also skilled when it comes to social media analytics to monitor account goals and vision. My goal is also to help the client in arranging important errands to be done in a timely manner as their personal Virtual Assistant.
