I've been working as a Shopify Virtual Assistant from the past couple of years. I'm very experienced when it comes to Shopify store managing, such as setting up a Shopify store, Order fulfillment (dropified/oberlo), importing products from AliExpress, basic photo editing/resizing using canva, product research, and email marketing using Mailchimp and klavlyo (thank first time customers, post purchase flow, abandoned cart email flow, discount sale offer etc.) I'm very familiar when it comes to Shopify applications such as AliExpress product importer, dropified, oberlo, privy, sales pop, ultimate sales booster, countdown sales timer, wheelio, and a lot of Shopify applications. I've also developed Customer Service skills by answering hundreds of emails from lonos, processing chargeback and refunds, communicating with different suppliers, chats from Instagram and facebook, and removing negative Upgrade to see actual info and comments on facebook and Instagram. I'm also very experienced using Facebook ads.The result I can deliver in a capacity of an all-around virtual assistant sterm from my data entry skills, customer-centered attitude, proven attention to detail, highly developed english skills in both verbal and written communication, produce quality documents and formal writings, well-versed in MS Office, and proficient in spreadsheet entry and updating
