 I am currently working as a Title Analyst for Mortgage Home Lending at JPMorgan Chase Bank Philippines Branch. As part of my job role, I need to make sure the title documents are reviewed correctly and have no mistakes so we can deliver a great customer service experience to our customers.
13 years experience of in excellent Customer Service skills. I have an extensive background of being a Collection Specialist/Customer service agent for over 6 years in both American and Australian call centers in the Philippines. My home-based job experience was being an Email Customer Service Representative for Upgrade to see actual info (a part-time job). 
I worked overseas for about 7 years with different job titles, 2 years being a Guest Relations Agent in a 5-star hotel in Dubai and as an Executive Secretary / Hr Assistant  for an office in Abu Upgrade to see actual infonior Luxury Sales assistant for a luxury mall in Dubai and a Luxury beauty consultant at Duty Free in Abu Dhabi International Airport.
My expertise in a Customer Service role  made me a bigger person. I was so grateful to have these opportunities to have more knowledge and to give me more confidence. 
I am a dynamic team player and like working with team players. Open to new ideas, new pieces of knowledge, and new suggestions. I want to share and inspire teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as well. I am a good listener and very keen on details. I make sure I always deliver the results on time.
