Profile Description

I've been a customer service for almost 10 years now. After getting my Bachelor's degree, I started working in a BPO company for more than 4 years, serving as a Customer Service Representative for a US bank. Currently, I'm on my 5th year in another US bank as a Senior Customer Service Representative.

With these years of experience, I have gained a lot of knowledge in providing excellent customer service which includes communication, empathy, patience and technical Upgrade to see actual info my current company, not only we take escalated calls but also we are trained to coach new hires and challenged bankers. These additional tasks helps us prepare for a leadership role.

During my college years, I've learn skills like programming, web designing, animation, photo editing, networking, etc. My knowledge on these are not that up-to-date but the passion and interest is still there and just needs to be refreshed.
