Test Engineer
• Define, create, document, and implement repair processes and procedures
• Gather, utilize, and analyze repair process data to initiate process changes and/or improvements
• Collaborate and engage with cross functional teams for the timely and effective resolution of customer escalations
• Proactively provide and introduce process innovation using knowledge of new and emerging technologies in the market
• Develop customized solutions to increase system yield to support repair operations in achieving KPIs and other business requirements including new product transfers.
• Generate timely reports on status of process performance, resolution of issues/escalations, projects and updates on other tasks as assigned
• Take ownership and accountability of the overall health of repair processes supported while ensuring compliance to established standards and customer requirements
