I worked as an Assistant Business Operations Manager wherein I am mainly responsible for stock management, order management and providing general assistance to the business operations of my client. I handle all the email correspondence that we received from suppliers, potential prospects/clients, and existing clients. These emails vary from regular price list offering, follow up emails, promotions, and sales of suppliers, invoice requests, order requests, sample order requests, emails from the customer who have shown interest, events invitation, business meetings, etc. In order for us to keep track of everything, I have created a process in managing these tons of emails. I have created filters/rules, quick actions (such as Task, Follow Up, Flag, To-Do-List) and folders. This way we are able to attend to the emails according to its urgency in a timely manner, which also avoided missing opportunities on clients. I have also worked as an Order Processor for an Online Furniture Retailer/Distributor wherein I am actively involved in entering and fulfilling/processing orders and related to entering and processing the orders that we received from our partner vendors, which involves a lot of data entry and data review in a different system.
