Profile Description

Since I started as a freelancer at the early stage of the pandemic, I engage in DIGITAL MARKETING.

Aside from this, I receive projects on CONTENT, ARTICLE & COPY WRITING, PROOFREADING & EDITING, CANVA DESIGN & POWERPOINT SLIDE PRESENTATION.

I was into RETAIL MANAGEMENT with the country's leading retail group of companies for 18 years.

The first 7 years as a branch-based Department Manager was focused on SELLING OPERATIONS, CUSTOMER SERVICE, INVENTORY & WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT and PEOPLE MANAGEMENT.  I was also the first Branch Marketing Manager organizing LOCAL STORE MARKETING in addition to corporate events and directions.

I was promoted and transferred to another company as a Senior Manager for Store Operations handling multiple branches across the country for 9 years.
The key areas of focus were still the same but at a macroscopic level.
I do SALES/INVENTORY/PRODUCTIVITY ANALYSIS, BUSINESS REVIEW & PRESENTATIONS, STRATEGIC PLANS & LEADER MENTORSHIP.

The last 2 years, I was tasked to strengthen LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT particularly of Store Operations and assist in enhancing the system and procedures. I came up with and conducted TRAINING COURSES & MODULES,
published and sent through email LEARNING ARTICLES and BRANCH-BASED ACTIVITIES, compiled and improved OPERATIONS GUIDE MANUAL, promoted CONSISTENT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE through c CUSTOMER FEEDBACK, MYSTERY SHOPPING and EXEMPLARY SERVICE RECOGNITION.

Prior to retail, I was into SALES & MARKETING in the HOTEL & RESTAURANT industry where I did CLIENT CALLS/PROPOSALS & MARKETING COLLATERALS, and ORGANIZE & MANAGE EVENTS.
