I have over 5 years working experience in the BPO Industry.
I've handled different campaigns & performed various roles such as Sales Rep , Customer Service Representative, Appointment Setter , Cold Caller, Collection Specialist, Lead Generator, Outbound/Inbound Customer Support B2B/ B2C sales & Market Research.
My experiences have made me equipped and well-versed as to what these kinds of job requires, specifications, standards, techniques and tools to support
task performance. My specialty lies in being reliable, persuasive, efficient and effective.
